We've built our Chrome Extension to make your life easier and help you get work done faster and better!
It currently works on LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, Recruiter Lite, Sales Navigator, Outlook, Gmail, ZoomInfo, Xing, Xing Talent Manager, Indeed, and Naukri Recruitment Management System.

Setting up your database
Now that we have a few initial things set up, we can move forward in helping you set up your database.
1) Import Candidates, contacts, and companies
If you have candidate or company records in an Excel or CSV file, you can choose to import them into RecruitCRM and set up your database.
You can import up to 10,000 candidates, contacts, and company records at once in the system.
2) Resume parsing
You might also have a bunch of CVs or resumes that you want to add to the system and that can be easily done with our Resume Parser!

3) Invite teammates
Once you have signed up for our free trial or a paid subscription, you can also invite your teammates to the account.

Send out easy automatic emails to your candidates and contacts whenever their stage is changed in the system.
Recruit CRM allows you to create a Master Hiring Pipeline and custom hiring pipelines for various jobs.
You can add and customize the stages allotted to your contacts according to your own workflow.
Tailor the stages in your pitch candidate workflow to fit into your business and marketing workflow.
Gain visibility into your revenue pipeline by defining distinct stages/milestones in your business development and delivery process. You can also tag a percentage amount to each stage to give you a more realistic and weighted view of potential revenue.
The “Job Status” helps you quickly figure out in which stage a job is. You can also add your own stages to better manage your unique workflow.
Jobs in the “Closed” stage will stop being posted on your website's careers page and on external job boards.
