What this feature does and when to use it?
The CV Library integration lets Recruit CRM automatically post jobs you add in Recruit CRM to your CV Library account. Once set up, new jobs created in Recruit CRM are sent to CV Library, and applicants from CV Library are brought back into Recruit CRM through a custom integration with CV Library.
You can use this feature when:
You want jobs created in Recruit CRM to be automatically posted to your CV Library account.
You need applicants from CV Library to flow back into Recruit CRM.
Before you begin:
The CV-Library job board under the 'External Job Boards' section will be visible only to the Account Owner.
How to integrate Recruit CRM with CV Library
1. Go to Admin Settings > External Job Boards
2. Click on the Connect button next to CV Library.
3. Fill out all the details & toggle the boxes to help us perform those actions & click on the "Save" button
Conditions for a job to be posted on job boards
While creating the job or while editing it, please populate all the required fields. If all the required fields are not populated, the job won't be posted to any job board.
1. You have to make sure you have selected the "Post on Job Boards" box inside Job Fields in Admin settings. This will post your open jobs not only to the free job boards but also to other external job boards (such as CV Library) too.
Here's how you can turn job posting ON:
If you turn ON this setting in Recruit CRM, it will automatically post all your open jobs on our partner job boards for free :) (You can see all the job boards here)
2. While creating a new job or editing an old one that you want to post on CV Library, you need to fill in all the fields that are required to post jobs on the job boards.
The required fields and specifications are:
- There should be a Job description for the Job
- The City, State, and Country fields must be filled in.
- Enable job application box should be checked
- Notes for candidates should be filled in
