This removes the need to manually recreate job listings on Total Jobs and keeps your external job board feed aligned with jobs in Recruit CRM.

Before you begin:

You must be an Account Owner in Recruit CRM to set up the Total Jobs integration.
You need an active Total Jobs account with a valid username and password registered with Total Jobs.

How to integrate Recruit CRM with TotalJobs

1. Go to Admin Settings > External Job Boards

2. Locate Total Jobs in the list of external job boards and click Connect.

In the connection window, enter the username and password you have registered with Total Jobs.

3. Click Save to complete and activate the integration between Recruit CRM and Total Jobs.

Conditions for a job to be posted on job boards

While creating the job or while editing it, please populate all the required fields. If all the required fields are not populated, the job won't be posted to any job board.

1. You have to make sure you have selected the "Post on Job Boards" box inside Job Fields in Admin settings. This will post your open jobs not only to the free job boards but also to other external job boards (such as Total Jobs) too.

2. While creating a new job or editing an old one that you want to post on Total Jobs, you need to fill in all the fields that are required to post jobs on the job boards.

The required fields and specifications are:

- There should be a Job description for the Job

- The City, State, and Country fields must be filled in.

- Enable job application box should be checked

- Notes for candidates should be filled in

Once you fill in all the necessary details and hit "Save Job", the job will automatically be posted to Total Jobs.

Troubleshooting

Problem: Jobs are not appearing on Total Jobs after integration.

Likely cause: One or more posting requirements for external job boards in Recruit CRM are not satisfied.

Confirm that the job is open in Recruit CRM.
