The Resume Parser is designed with a user-friendly interface, making it seamless to add and manage candidate profiles.

How to parse resumes in Recruit CRM
Open Recruit CRM and go to the Candidate List page.
On the Candidate List page, locate the + Resume Parser button beside the AI Sourcing button, and click it.
In the Resume Parser box, either drag and drop resumes into the upload box or select files from your computer.
Upload up to 100 resume files in a single batch, then wait for the system notification confirming all resumes have been parsed. Processing time may vary as larger batches can take a few minutes.
Once parsing is complete, review the newly created candidate profiles from the Resume Parser page.
Use the available bulk actions to manage the newly added candidates. You can add notes, compose emails, add candidates to a Hotlist, and perform other available actions.
Edit individual candidate profiles if you need to review, complete, or update any of the parsed information.
You can also bulk assign the parsed candidates to a job directly from the Resume Parser page.
Please note: If you are updating a single candidate and want their resume to be parsed, upload the resume in the default Resume field on the candidate profile. Do not upload the resume in the general Files section, as resumes uploaded there will not be parsed.
