Every business has different needs.

You can customize your Contact stages & add multiple stages according to your needs. 

Note - Only Admins have permission to customize Contact stages.

Let's start 

1. Go to Admin Settings

2. Click on Contact Stages under CRM Process Customization

3. Click on the pencil icon to edit your contact stages

4. If you want to add, click on Add Stage. You can also reorder the stages if you wish to

5. Type your stage name & click on save

Each contact can be at a different stage in the pipeline.
You can use these Contact Stages inside your contact list.

You can select an appropriate sales/contact stage from the drop-down for each contact.

You can also use the “Advanced Search” feature on contacts to filter by contact stages.
