No need to stress if a team member leaves, we've got you covered. Now, you can effortlessly transfer their records to another teammate in a matter of seconds!

How to transfer the ownership of records in Recruit CRM? ↔️

1. Navigate to the "Admin Settings".

2. Click on Users under Account Management settings:

3. Simply click on the pencil icon next to the user whose records you wish to transfer, this could be an active or a Deactivated user.

You can seamlessly filter users based on their Active or Deactivated status. Additionally, you can expedite your search process by employing the search bar to locate users swiftly by their name.

4. Click on the "Transfer" button and use the dropdown to transfer records ownership to any other existing user on your account.

5. Click on "Submit" and you'll get a success message once the transfer is successful!
