What does this feature do & when to use it?
The calendar integration connects your Recruit CRM account to your Google or Outlook calendar. Once connected, Recruit CRM can:
Fetch events from the calendars you select.
Add new events from Recruit CRM into those same calendars.
You choose which calendars to sync, so only relevant meetings and events are shared.
Before you begin
Confirm you have an active Google account if you plan to integrate Google Calendar.
Confirm you have an active Outlook or Microsoft 365 account if you plan to integrate Outlook Calendar.
Integrate Google Calendar with Recruit CRM:
Go to your user profile in Recruit CRM and click on Calendar settings.
In the Calendar settings page, click the Connect button in front of Google Calendar.
When prompted, grant all the requested permissions so Recruit CRM can access your Google calendars.
Select the specific Google calendars you want Recruit CRM to fetch events from and add events to.
Review the selected calendars and confirm the connection as shown in the interface.
Integrate Outlook Calendar with Recruit CRM:
Go to your user profile in Recruit CRM and click on Calendar settings.
In the Calendar settings page, locate Outlook Calendar and click the Connect button in front of it.
When prompted, grant all the required permissions so Recruit CRM can access your Outlook calendars.
Choose the Outlook calendars you want Recruit CRM to fetch meetings from and add events to.
