Known differences between the old version and the new version

  • Enhanced 3-Column Field Layout: The Information Overview now features a 3-column layout, allowing you to view significantly more data upfront without scrolling. The older version was limited to a 2-column design, which often required more vertical scrolling to locate specific information.

  • Rearrangeable Widgets: The Widgets area at the bottom of the page can now be fully rearranged and customized, allowing you to prioritize the tabs you need most. In the old UI, the layout of these sections was static and could not be moved or reordered.

  • Tailored Field Visibility: You can now fully customize the Information Overview section by selecting exactly how many fields you want to display. This provides a much cleaner, personalized interface compared to the old UI, which was restricted to a fixed display of 16 fields.

  • Updated Position for Files & LinkedIn Messaging: The Files tab and the LinkedIn Messaging section have been moved to the widgets at the bottom of the page. This is a significant change from the old version, where these features were located within the Activities panel on the right-hand side.

  • All Jobs Assignment Visibility: In the new interface, the "View All Jobs" button is not available. While the old UI features a dedicated button to View All Assigned jobs, which allowed you to take a look at all the jobs the candidate is assigned to.

  • Streamlined Details View: The All Details tab, which previously displayed every record field in a single list, has been replaced with a more organized Details tab. This new tab uses collapsible sections to house specific information like Work & Education history and System Information, providing a cleaner, more categorized view.

Conclusion

The new Candidate Details Page brings candidate information, activities, jobs, communications, deals, files, and other related records into a more organized and customizable interface. With flexible layouts, customizable widgets, and quick actions, you can tailor the candidate profile to your recruiting workflow and access the information you need faster.
