Recruit CRM supports a wide range of document, image, audio, and video file formats across different features. The supported file types may vary depending on where you're uploading the file, such as record profiles, email attachments, or the Resume Parser.

Supported file types for record attachments

The following file types are supported when uploading files to the Files section of Candidate, Contact, and Company profiles.

Please note: HTML files must be downloaded to be viewed outside Recruit CRM.

Please note: <code>.key</code>, <code>.docm</code> file uploads are not supported for Resume Parsing. .<code>key</code> , <code>.docm</code> file uploads are supported in the Files section, File-type custom fields, Job-Associated Files, Email attachments, and Public API uploads.
