What does this feature do and when to use it?

The new Candidate List Page helps you manage and organize candidate records more efficiently.

This feature is useful when you want to:

  • View and manage candidates using an improved list layout.

  • Perform bulk actions on multiple candidates.

  • Customize candidate columns and their order.

  • Search and filter candidates more efficiently.

  • Quickly access candidate summaries and candidate-level actions.

  • Export more than 3,000 candidate records.

To switch to the new version, click your Profile iconSwitch to New Version. You can switch back to the previous design at any time using the same option.

Quick View

The Quick View section displays the total number of candidate records, along with the number of Hotlists and Saved Searches and the records within them.

You can also edit, pin, and delete Hotlists, as well as edit, pin, clone, and delete Saved Searches. The Candidate View, Hotlists, and Saved Searches sections can be minimized or expanded.

Infinite Scroll

The Candidate List Page uses infinite scrolling, allowing you to continuously view candidates without switching between pages.

The first 100 records are loaded initially. As you scroll, additional records can be loaded and selected, up to a maximum of 3,000 records. You can use Scroll to Top to quickly return to the top of the list.

Bulk Selection on the List page

Recruit CRM provides multiple ways to select candidates in bulk:

  • Header checkbox: Selects the first 50 loaded records. As you scroll, another 50 records are automatically selected.

  • Custom Record Selection: Click the arrow next to the header checkbox, enter a number between 1 and 3,000, and click Select to select the exact number of records based on the current list order.

Please note:

  • Custom Record Selection replaces any existing manual or bulk selection.

  • Automatic scroll-based selection is disabled after a custom selection until the selection is cleared.

  • Only values between 1 and 3,000 are accepted.

  • The Select All option is disabled once 3,000 records are selected.

Candidate Bulk Actions

The five most commonly used bulk actions are displayed upfront by default, while the remaining actions are available under More.

You can customize which actions appear upfront:

  • Click MoreCustomize Bulk Action.

  • Move the required actions above the dashed line.

  • Click Save.

Set a default bulk action arrangement for your account

Account Owners can configure a default bulk action arrangement for all users from Others View.

To prevent users from changing the arrangement, select Do not allow users of your account to edit their view.

Please note: Users with an Admin role or the required custom permissions can still rearrange the actions. For a custom role, enable Allow User to Choose their Own Field Order and Visibility.

Export All Candidates

You can export all candidate records in a section, including records beyond the 3,000-record limit, while still applying your selected filters.

Candidate Column Actions

You can use the arrow next to a column to manage individual column settings.

Available actions include:

The Updated By column is also available on the Candidate List Page.
