New Version of The Jobs List Page | Recruit CRM

🎉 The new version of our Jobs List page is designed to help you manage and navigate your Job records more efficiently with an improved layout and enhanced functionality.

It offers a sleek, more user-friendly design, ensuring seamless job records management, better data visibility, and a more streamlined recruitment workflow. 🚀

Note: Currently, this feature is in beta and will be gradually rolled out to all users over the next few weeks.

To switch to the new version, click on the 'Profile icon' and select the 'Switch to New Version' option.

You can switch back to the previous design at any time by using the same option.

Here is the list of all the key features:

🔢 Display of Count in the Quick View

You can view the total count of records in the Jobs Quick View section. The Quick View also shows the total count of Hotlists and Saved Searches, along with the count of records present in those hotlists.

You can edit, pin, and delete hotlists by clicking on the three dots next to each Hotlist. Similarly, you can edit, pin, clone and delete the Saved Searches as well.

You can minimize and maximize the Jobs View, Jobs Hotlists and Saved Searches sections by using the arrow icon next to each section.

∞ Infinite Scroll option

With the infinite scroll feature, you can view the jobs continuously as you scroll, without switching between pages.

When a user lands on the jobs list page, the first 100 records are loaded initially. If the user bulk-selects the records, all the 100 records are selected.

You can scroll manually to select more records and the records will be automatically selected up to 3000.

You can click on the 'Scroll to Top' button to scroll to the top of the list.

Bulk Selection on the List page

When selecting jobs in bulk, Recruit CRM offers multiple ways to choose records:

Header checkbox: Selects the first 50 loaded records. As you continue scrolling, 50 additional records are automatically selected at a time.
Custom Record Selection: Click the arrow next to the header checkbox, enter any number between 1 and 3,000, and click Select to choose the exact number of records based on the current list order.

Please note:

Custom Record Selection replaces any existing manual or bulk selection.
Once a custom selection has been applied, automatic scroll-based selection is disabled until the selection is cleared.
Only numeric values between 1 and 3,000 are accepted. If a value greater than 3,000 is entered, Recruit CRM displays an error message.
When 3,000 records are already selected, the Select All option is disabled.

✅ Jobs Bulk Actions

Display of important bulk actions upfront

The 5 most commonly used bulk actions are listed upfront by default, and the other options are listed under the 'More' tab. The options to be shown upfront by default can be customized as well.

Customization of Bulk Actions to be shown upfront:

1. Click on the 'Customize Bulk Actions' option under the 'More' tab.

2. Move the Options above the dashed line to show them outside the 'More' Dropdown and click on the 'Save' button.

↔ Jobs Column Level Actions

You can click on the arrow button to perform column-level actions:

Pin Column

You have the option to pin a column in order to freeze its position at the left/right of the screen, allowing other columns to remain scrollable for improved readability.

Add column to Right/Left

You can add columns to the right/left of the selected column by clicking the respective 'Add Column to Right/Left' options >>> Select the column >>> Click on 'Apply'.

Note: Only the hidden columns will be displayed in the list while adding a column to the left or right.

Sort the values in the columns in ascending/descending order

You can sort the values in the column in ascending or descending order by clicking on the 'Sort Ascending/ Sort Descending' options.

Multi Sorting

You can apply multi-column sorting by clicking the arrow and selecting "Sort Ascending" or "Sort Descending" for different columns. Alternatively, you can hold the Shift key and click on multiple columns to enable multi-column sorting.

Hide Column

You can hide a specific column by clicking on the 'Hide Column' option.

👀 Show/ Hide Columns

To show/ hide columns, click on the 'Show/Hide Columns' option next to the 'Add Job' button. You can even view the count of the 'Visible Columns' and 'Hidden Columns' as well.

Note: If you pin a column, you will be able to unpin it from the Show/Hide Columns section as well.

In the Hide/Show Columns page, searching for a field scrolls to and highlights the matching field(s), with a counter (e.g., 1/2) to jump between matches.
You can still drag and drop to reorder columns while a search is active.

📝 Job Level Actions

You can click on the three dots next to each Job under the 'Name' Column to perform the following actions:

-Edit Job

-Add Note

-Add Task

-Add Meeting

-Archive

-Add To Hotlist

-Delete

Increase/Decrease the Width of each column

You can hover over the margin next to the column name and drag it to increase/decrease the column width. You can even increase the width of the Quick View section as well.

Accessing your Public Jobs Page

You can click on the 'Public Jobs' button at the top right to view your Jobs Page:
