Follow along to customise the widgets view:
Click on the three dots located on the right corner of the Widgets tab and select Customize Widgets.
Choose the widgets you want to display and arrange them by dragging them into your preferred order. Then click on Apply to save your changes.
You can also customize the columns displayed within supported widgets by showing or hiding columns, reordering them, resizing column widths, and using available column-level actions.
These layout preferences, along with show/hide selections, are persisted, so your customized layout is retained across sessions.
Show/hide columns options are available on the following widgets on the jobs details page: Candidate Pipeline and Related Deals.
Please note:
Column-level sorting is currently available in some widgets only, such as Candidate Pipeline, Hotlists, Related Deals, and Invoices.
Account Owners can also set a default Widgets view for their team from the Others View section. They can choose to lock this view to prevent other users from editing or changing the selected widgets.
When you add a record from a widget on a Jobs Details page, you will remain on the same details page after saving the record.
A success toast message confirms that the record was added, and the widget updates automatically with the new record entry, with no manual refresh required and no redirect to the new record's details page.
For example, when adding a Deal from the Related Deals widget on a Candidate Details page, you’ll stay on the same page while the newly added Deal appears in the widget.

Additionally, you can drag and drop pipeline sections to rearrange them as per your workflow. The sections can also be resized to better suit your view.
Timesheets Tab
For Contract and Contract to Permanent jobs, a Timesheets tab is available on the Job Details page. It shows every timesheet associated with contractors working on that job, so you don't need to leave the job to check on them.
From this tab, you can:
Search and filter timesheets, using quick filters for Contractor, Status, and Timesheet Period, or column-level filters
Show or hide columns, and reorder them
Create a timesheet directly from the tab
Select multiple timesheets and perform bulk actions: export, create invoices, bulk update time, send reminders, or delete

Known Differences between the Old Version and the New Version
Enhanced 3-Column Field Layout: The Information Overview now features a 3-column layout, allowing you to view significantly more data upfront without scrolling. The older version was limited to a 2-column design, which often required more vertical scrolling to locate specific information.
Rearrangeable Widgets: The Widgets area at the bottom of the page can now be fully rearranged and customized, allowing you to prioritize the tabs you need most. In the old UI, the layout of these sections was static and could not be moved or reordered.
Tailored Field Visibility: You can now fully customize the Information Overview section by selecting exactly how many fields you want to display. This provides a much cleaner, personalized interface compared to the old UI, which was restricted to a fixed display of 16 fields.
Updated Position for Files & LinkedIn Messaging: The Files tab and the LinkedIn Messaging section have been moved to the widgets at the bottom of the page. This is a significant change from the old version, where these features were located within the Activities panel on the right-hand side.
Hope this helps! 😊
