It's always a struggle to find the right job boards to post your jobs and ensure you get the right applications to fill positions quickly.

Recruit CRM has partnered with VONQ to streamline your job posting process and publish job ads in an easy and targeted way. You can have access to more than 3,000 channels to advertise and market your jobs.

Let's see how you can do this!


How to advertise a job


Only the account owner and users on custom roles have permission to advertise jobs.

1. From inside the Job

1. Open the job you wish to sponsor and click on the blue button at the top to advertise the job.

2. A pop-up will appear prompting you to fill in the basic information for the job campaign.

These fields are:

Job Name

Search for an existing job in your database

Campaign Name

Give your job advertising a name for future tracking

Job Function

Role and responsibilities of the job

Location

Where the opportunity is situated

Industries

The job's general industry

Jobs that have the status: "on hold", "closed" or "canceled" cannot be advertised.

3. After filling in the details, you'll be redirected to a page where you can manage your existing contracts or buy job campaigns.

Click on the second tab to access the Job Board Marketplace.

4. Here you'll have a list with more than 3000 job board options to choose from, including LinkedIn, Monster, Facebook and many more!

You can also sort the options from newest to oldest and apply filters based on the location, industry and job function:

5. After choosing the job board(s) you wish to advertise in, click on "Add to Campaign" to proceed.

You can click on "More Information" to learn more about the job board and the advertising details (cost, campaign processing time, location, duration, etc).


6. On the right side of the screen you'll be able to see your bill summary. Select "Continue to Review Details" to go ahead with the purchase.

You can remove the job boards selected by clicking on "Remove from Campaign".

7. On the next page you'll need to fill in all the campaign's posting details like description, working location, organization's details, target group, etc.

8. You'll now be redirected to the check-out page. Before being able to purchase the job board ad, you'll first need to update your billing information on VONQ's Stripe account.

You'll only need to update your billing information once.

9. After updating the billing information, fill in your payment method details and click on "Pay Now":

The checkout and payment processing is handled externally by VONQ, so you must add your card details for every campaign created.

2. From the Admin Settings

1. Go to Admin Settings >>>> Job Settings >>>> Job Advertising.

2. Click on "Advertise Job" to start a new ad.

3. Now follow the same process mentioned in the previous section "How to advertise a job from inside the job".


How to track existing campaigns


You can keep track of all your existing ads by going to the "All Campaigns" tab in Job Advertising.

You can sort by active campaigns or drafts, and filter the ads based on created/start/end date, company, job title, etc.

You can also see all the existing campaigns related to a specific job. Simply open the job and navigate to the "Job Campaigns" tab.

Click on the campaign to expand the details:

You'll also have the option to edit the campaign, export the data, take the campaign offline or delete it by clicking on the three dots:

Please note that deleting the campaign and taking it offline is an irreversible action
