What does this feature do & when to use it?
When you perform certain actions within Recruit CRM the system triggers a standard email template to help you finish your communication. These standard email templates can be customized to suit your needs.
They help you quickly send emails without writing each message from scratch. You can customize these templates so the content matches your communication style, while still using the same trigger points and online links provided by the system.

Step-by-step instructions
Log in to your Recruit CRM account.
Click on the mailbox icon in the main navigation to open the mailbox area.
In the mailbox area, click on Standard Email Templates to open the list of default templates.
Edit a standard email template
On the Standard Email Templates page, locate the template you want to edit.
Click the pencil or edit icon next to that template to open it for editing.
In the template editor, update the subject line and body text as needed so they match your preferred wording and tone.
You can also add attachments while editing Standard Email Templates. Any attachment configured in the Standard Email Template will automatically be included in the email whenever the template is used.
Carefully review the content for any system codes, especially items like
{URL}. Wherever you see code such as{URL}in the default template, do not change or delete it, because it is a unique online link to the data being sent to your candidates and contacts.
After updating the rest of the content, save the template so your changes apply the next time the related action is triggered.
Conclusion:
Editing standard default email templates in Recruit CRM lets you keep automated communications professional and on-brand while preserving the system-generated links that make them work.
