What this feature does and when to use it?
With this feature, you can select target companies for any of your jobs. This allows you to get recommendations for candidates currently related to those companies when sourcing and assigning candidates from your account to a specific job.
This aims to streamline the candidate selection process by focusing on applicants from preferred target companies, thus enhancing the quality and relevance of the applicants.
This feature is useful when you want to:
View recommendations based on a candidate's current organization.
Bulk assign candidates from target companies.
Define target companies for a job
Before you can use Target Companies while assigning candidates, you'll need to enable the Target Companies field.
Navigate to Admin Settings > Data Customization > Job Fields.
Under the Job Details section, locate the Target Companies field and enable its visibility, and click Save to apply the changes.
Once enabled, the Target Companies field will be available while creating and editing jobs, and the Candidates From Target Companies tab will appear when assigning candidates to a job.
If you no longer wish to use this feature, simply disable the Target Companies field visibility in the admin settings, and both sections will be hidden.
Add target companies and assign candidates
Create a new job or edit an existing one.
In the Target Companies field, add one or more companies from your Recruit CRM database.
Save the job.
Please note: The Company field and Target Companies field serve different purposes.
The "Company" field specifies the employer for the job being created (in other words, your client). On the other hand, the "Target Companies" field specifically means adding companies where candidates currently employed may be relevant to the position you are creating.
When assigning candidates to the job, open the Candidates From Target Companies tab.
Recruit CRM will display candidates whose Current Organization matches the target companies you've selected. You can select multiple candidates and assign them to the job in bulk.
You can also edit or remove the selected target companies at any time by clicking Edit.
You'll only be able to see candidates from the targeted company if they have that specific company as their current organization in Recruit CRM.
