Generating Zoom link while setting up meetings in Recruit CRM

Learn how to generate a Zoom Link while scheduling a meeting inside Recruit CRM.

🗓️ How to integrate Zoom with Recruit CRM?


1. Once you have integrated your calendar with Recruit CRM, you can navigate to the "Meeting Integration" section inside your profile.

2. You'll see an option for “Zoom Integration”, click on the “Connect” button.

3. Select the desired account to connect and allow the necessary access.


How to generate Zoom links while creating meetings❓


1. Go to any candidate or contact that you want to schedule a meeting with, and click on the "Add Meeting" button from the activities section:

2. Once you have connected your Zoom account, click on the “Add Zoom Link” button in the “Where” section to generate a link:

A link will be generated under the “where” section or in the meeting description box with a default message (you can still add a description).

To join the meeting instantly, just click on the "Join Zoom Link" button:

3. Once you click on the “Add” meeting button, the system will generate the confirmation email with the meeting details, the link, and the description that you choose to send out to the candidate/contact or not.

Please note: The description box and the link are adjusted to the system language set by you in the profile settings.


How to disconnect Zoom integration❓


From Recruit CRM

1. Navigate to the "Meeting Integration" section inside your profile.

2. Click on the "Disconnect" button placed on the "Zoom Meet integration" tab:

From Zoom App

1. Log in to your Zoom account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace's Added Apps page.

2. Find the entry for Recruit CRM. (You can use the search feature if needed.)

3. Click on the "Remove" button placed on the right side of Recruit CRM.
