This article explains how to generate a Google Meet link while setting up meetings in Recruit CRM.

What this feature does and when to use it?

The Google Meet integration lets you generate a Google Meet link directly while creating a meeting in Recruit CRM. When you add a Google Meet link from within the meeting form, the system places the link in the “Where” section or in the meeting description with a default message.

The system can also generate a confirmation email with the meeting details, Google Meet link, and description for the candidate or contact.

You can use this feature when:

  • When you schedule interviews or meetings inside Recruit CRM and need an automatically generated Google Meet link.

  • When you are scheduling meetings from the Chrome extension and want to add a Google Meet link.

Integrating Google Meet with Recruit CRM

1. Once you have integrated your calendar with Recruit CRM, you can click on the Profile icon and select the Meeting Integration tab.

2. Click the Connect button next to Google Meet Integration.

Generate a Google Meet link from the Chrome extension

1. On the Recruit CRM Chrome extension, after saving the candidate/contact you can add a meeting as well:

The candidate/contact will then receive the confirmation email and they can join the meeting right from their mail.

Please note: The description box and the link are adjusted to the system language set by you in the profile settings.
