Meeting Integration settings let you connect your calendar and preferred video conferencing provider to Recruit CRM, enabling you to send calendar invitations and automatically generate meeting links. Scheduling meetings in Recruit CRM 🗓️
You can create a meeting from three different places inside the app!
From the Tasks and Meetings Page:
1. Open the Tasks and Meetings page.
2. Click on the '+Add' button to create a meeting.
3. On the Tasks and Meetings page, switch to the calendar view to see meetings by day, week, or month.
Use the global add button (the “+” icon):
1. Click on the global “+” icon and select 'Meeting'.
From inside a candidate/contact/job/company profile:
1. Open a candidate, contact, job, or company profile and click the 'Add Meeting' button in the Activities section towards the right side of the screen.
2. When you add a meeting from inside a profile, review the Related To section, where the profile’s record name is automatically added.
3. In the candidate pipeline within a job, click the 'Schedule Interview' option under the Interview Column to add meetings directly for candidates from that pipeline view.
Make sure you have connected your calendar to Recruit CRM first!
4. Fill in all required information on the meeting form, including details such as attendees and meeting specifics shown on the form.
5. Click the Add button to create and save the meeting.
6. If you do not want attendees to receive calendar invites, select the checkbox labeled 'Do Not Send Calendar Invites' at the end of the meeting form.

1. Open the relevant candidate profile and go to the Meetings tab in the Activities section to access scheduled meetings.
