The Broadbean integration is available only to our business plan users. You'll need an active Broadbean account for this.
RecruitCRM has integrated with Broadbean, a leading job distribution and candidate-sourcing platform, to make job posting easier for you!
With a few simple steps, you can integrate your Broadbean account with Recruit CRM and seamlessly post job listings to multiple job boards. This integration also allows you to manage candidate applications directly from RecruitCRM.
How to integrate Recruit CRM with Broadbean
1. Go to Admin Settings > External Job Boards
Please note that only the account owner, Admins, or users with a custom role can access the External Job Boards page.
For the first access, the Account Owner will first need to permit users to connect their individual Broadbean accounts or add their ADC username to accounts connected by the Account Owner.
2. Click on "Connect" and enter your Account Alias (the name of your account). You will also need to type your Client ID, Secret, and ADC username, which are registered with your Broadbean account.
You can connect multiple accounts using the Broadbean Integration.
3. After this, select the Broadbean Account Type:
Email Apply and Direct Apply are account configurations that are done by Broadbean based on the client's preferences.
Email Apply: if the user has a Broadbean account with an email apply configuration, the candidate that applies to the posted jobs will first be added to Broadbean, and then they will be sent to Recruit CRM. Users can also configure their candidate retrieval settings inside Recruit CRM. |
Direct Apply: if the user has a Broadbean account with a direct apply configuration, the candidate that applies to the posted jobs will directly be added to their Recruit CRM's database through the Recruit CRM external job application page. |
4. Select the desired Candidate Retrieval Settings:
Retrieve All Candidates & move them to applied stage: all the candidates will be retrieved from Broadbean and added to Recruit CRM's database in the "Applied" hiring stage.
Flag-based retrieval: Broadbean offers 3 flags inside their system (Green//Suitable; Yellow/Maybe Suitable; Red/Unsuitable) and you can decide whether to add the candidate to the database (yellow), move them to the Applied stage (green) or not retrieve this candidate at all (red).
5. After choosing your preferred settings, just hit "Add Account".
The system will prompt you with an "Account Added Successfully" message. You can add another account if necessary.
By clicking on the amount of accounts connected, you'll see a list of your accounts, on which you can make editions or delete them:
