What this feature does and when to use it?
Candidate Questions allow you to collect information from applicants that may not be available on their resumes. You can build a reusable library of questions, assign relevant questions to specific jobs, and review candidate responses.
This feature is useful when you want to:
Pre-screen candidates before interviews.
Collect role-specific information during the application process.
Make certain questions mandatory for applicants.
Reuse a library of questions across multiple jobs.
Include candidate questions in Profile Update Request Forms.
How to create and add Candidate Questions
Go to Admin Settings and open Job Application Form Settings.
In the Job Application Form field settings tab, scroll down to the Candidate Questions section and click Add Questions.
Create the questions you would like candidates to answer.
If required, enable the Required option for questions that applicants must answer before submitting their application.
Note: Questions added to your question library in the Admin settings do NOT appear in all job application forms by default.
How to add related questions inside each job?
