Our handy "Passcode" feature for public pages helps you make all your external pages secure.

Here’s how you set a passcode for your account.

Note: Only account owners have access to set the passcode.

This Passcode will be required to access the following links:

  1. Submit candidates to the client

  2. Request updated resume/profile

Scenario 1: (Submitting candidates to clients)

Step 1: Go to https://app.recruitcrm.io/jobs and select the appropriate job to be shared with the client

Step 2: Click on the "Submit candidates" button to submit a list of candidates to the contact associated with that job.

Step 3: When a client receives an email, he/she will receive a list of candidates that can be accessed only by entering the 4-digit passcode shared by you.

Scenario 2: (Requesting updated resume/profiles)

Step 2: Select a bunch of candidates whose profiles seem to be outdated

Step 3: Click on the "Request update" button

Step 4: When a candidate receives an email, he/she will receive a link to their Recruit CRM profile that can be accessed only by entering the 4-digit passcode shared by you.
