How to customize the Kanban cards to submit candidates to clients using the online candidate list.

This feature provides you with greater flexibility and customization, allowing you to present candidate information in a way that ensures clients receive the most relevant information.

Customizing the kanban card view for your clients


1. Go to admin settings >>> fields shared with clients and click on the "Customize Kanban Card" button:

2. Then, select the fields you want to make visible on the candidate cards and rearrange the data by simply dragging and dropping:

You can add up to five additional fields to each Kanban card. This is in addition to the name, social media profile, phone number, email, resume, and remarks fields, which are already available by default in the header or footer.

How to customize the kanban card for each job?


We know that the requirements for the Kanban card may vary for each job, therefore, you have the flexibility to customize it for each specific job.

1. Go to"Fields Shared with Clients" in the Candidate Pipeline under a Job:

2. Click on "Customize Kanban Card", and make any changes you wish. These changes will only affect this specific job.

The changes you make inside each job will only be reflected in the online candidate list of that job.

The changes you make to the kanban card from the admin settings, reflect to all the jobs EXCEPT the jobs where you have made the individual changes. The admin setting changes DO NOT override the changes already made to individual jobs.
