The Recruit CRM Public Jobs Page allows candidates to view open positions and apply directly to the jobs visible on the Recruit CRM Public Jobs Page. You can customize the page to match your brand, embed jobs or application forms on your website, share it via a direct link, manage social media sharing settings, control which jobs are publicly visible, and create dedicated job page URLs for specific teams or companies.

Use this feature to showcase open roles, streamline applications, and manage how jobs are displayed externally.

Before you begin:

Please note:

Ensure you can access Admin Settings in Recruit CRM, as the Public Job Page Settings are configured there.
The open API used for advanced customizations is available on the Business plan and above.
Only jobs that are not closed and have Enable Job Application Form checked will appear on the public jobs page.
The image or logo you set in the Social Media Sharing tab applies to all social media posts that use your jobs page link.
Have your branding assets ready, such as your logo, background image, and preferred color codes.
If you plan to embed the jobs page or forms, ensure you or your web team can edit your website’s HTML.

Step-by-step instructions

1. Go to Admin Settings in Recruit CRM.

2. In Admin Settings, select Public Job Page Settings.

3. In Public Job Page Settings, review the three tabs available:

Appearance Settings Tab:

In the Appearance Settings tab, locate the field for Job Page Title and enter the title you want displayed at the top of your jobs page.
Enter a Job Page Subtitle to add a short descriptive line under the title.
In Link to More Jobs, add a URL if you want to redirect users to a main jobs page or another relevant page. If you do not want this section to display, leave the field blank.
Set the Placeholder Text for Search Box to define the text that appears inside the search box before users type anything.
Upload a Background Image to visually brand the page.
Upload your Logo so your brand appears clearly on the jobs page. Accepted file formats are: .jpg, .png, .jpeg
Adjust Text and Background Colors so the jobs page aligns with your company website theme.
Fine-tune the list color and apply button color to ensure they are on-brand and accessible.

Job Page Integration Tab:

Review the Website link option:

Use this if you do not have a website or want a simple, shareable link.
Copy the jobs page link and paste it on any platform where you want candidates to access your jobs.
When candidates apply via this link, their applications go directly into your Recruit CRM database.
You can set the job pages link name to the name of your choice to control how the link text appears.

Review the Website integration option:

Use the provided iframe code to embed the full jobs page into your website.
Copy the iframe code from the Job Page Integration tab.
Paste this iframe code into your website’s HTML where you want the jobs page to appear.

To embed a specific job application form instead of the full jobs page:

Copy the iframe code provided in the Job Page Integration tab.
In that code, find the portion that starts with src="...".
Replace the link inside the quotes after src="..." with the URL of the specific job application form.
Paste the modified iframe code into your website’s HTML at the location where you want that job’s form to appear.

Social Media Sharing Tab:

Customize the text that will be used when your jobs page is shared on social media platforms.
Upload an image or logo that will be displayed for all social media posts that share your jobs page.
Remember that the image or logo set here applies to all your social media posts that use this jobs page link.

Access the jobs page link

You can access your jobs page link in two main ways.

Method 1: From the Jobs list page

Go to the Jobs list page in Recruit CRM.
On the Jobs list page, locate the link to the job page at the top right of the page.

Method 2: From Public Job Page Settings

Open Public Job Page Settings from Admin Settings.
Within the Public Job Page Settings tab, locate and copy the jobs page link provided there.

Ensure jobs appear on the public jobs page

To control which jobs display on the public jobs page, check the following conditions:

Job status must not be closed.
The Enable Job Application Form option must be checked for the job

Create unique job page URLs for teams and companies

You create unique job page URLs for specific teams and companies.
Use these unique URLs on external websites so that only the relevant job postings for those teams or companies appear.

Troubleshooting

Problem: A job is not visible on the public jobs page

Likely cause: The job status is set to closed or the Enable Job Application Form option is not checked.

What to check:

Open the job and confirm that its status is not closed.
Verify that Enable Job Application Form is checked for that job.

Change the job status to a non-closed status.
Check Enable Job Application Form and save the job. The job should then appear on the public jobs page.

Problem: The embedded jobs page is not displaying on the website

Likely cause: The iframe code was not copied or pasted correctly into the website HTML.
