What this feature does and when to use it?

With this feature, you can create unique job page URLs for specific teams and companies, ensuring only relevant job postings appear on your external websites. This targeted approach simplifies job listing management, offering greater flexibility and precision without additional integration efforts.

You can generate URLs that display:

• Jobs associated with a specific team.

• Jobs associated with a specific company.

This allows you to create focused job pages for different audiences without additional development work.

Use this feature when:

• You want to display only one team's open roles on a specific website or careers page.

• You manage multiple teams and need separate job pages for each team.

• You want to create a dedicated public job page for a specific company.

📌 Before you begin

Before generating team-specific or company-specific public job page URLs, ensure the following requirements are met:

Team-Specific URLs

• Available only on the Business and Enterprise plans, as Teams are supported on these plans only.

• The relevant team must be added as a collaborator on the job.

• You must know the Team ID.

Company-Specific URLs:

• Available on all Recruit CRM plans.

• You must know the Company Slug.

Access Requirements

• You must have access to Admin Settings.

• You must have access to Public Job Page Settings.

👥 Generate a Team-Specific Public Job Page URL

Follow these steps to generate a team-specific public job page.

Step 1: Open Public Job Page Settings

Navigate to Admin Settings → Public Job Page Settings → Job Page Integration and scroll to the bottom of the page, where you will find the Team URL and Company URL formats.

Step 2: Copy the Team URL:

Locate the Team URL format provided by Recruit CRM.

Copy the URL as shown in the screenshot and paste it into a new browser tab.

Step 3: Find the Team ID:

To find the Team ID:

• Click the Click Here link available on the same page for quick access, or

• Navigate to the 'Teams' page and locate the Team ID for the required team

Copy the Team ID.

Step 4: Generate the Team-Specific URL

Append the Team ID to the end of the Team URL.

Once completed, the URL will display jobs associated with that specific team.

Requirements for jobs to appear on a Team-Specific Job Page

For a job to appear on a team-specific public job page:

• The relevant team must be added as a collaborator on the job.

• The job status must not be set to Closed.

• The Enable Job Application Form option must be enabled.

Only jobs meeting all of these requirements will appear on the team-specific job page.

🏢 Generate a Company-Specific Public Job Page URL

Follow these steps to generate a company-specific public job page.

Step 1: Open Public Job Page Settings

Navigate to Admin Settings → Public Job Page Settings → Job Page Integration and scroll to the bottom of the page, where you will find the Team URL and Company URL formats.

Step 2: Copy the Company URL

Locate the Company URL format provided by Recruit CRM.

Copy the URL as shown in the screenshot and paste it into a new browser tab.

Step 3: Find the Company Slug

To find the Company Slug:

  1. Open the company record.

  2. Look at the URL in your browser.

  3. Copy the alphanumeric value that appears after:https://app.recruitcrm.io/v1/company/

Example:

https://app.recruitcrm.io/v1/company/abc123xyz

In this example:

abc123xyz = Company Slug

Step 4: Generate the Company-Specific URL

Append the Company Slug to the end of the Company URL.

The completed URL will display jobs associated with that specific company.

You can now:

• Share the URL.

• Embed it on external websites.

• Create dedicated company-specific careers pages.

Requirements for jobs to appear on a Company-Specific Job Page

For a job to appear on a company-specific public job page:

• The job must be associated with the selected company.

• The job status must not be set to Closed.

• The Enable Job Application Form option must be enabled.

Only jobs meeting all of these requirements will appear on the company-specific job page.

🛠️ Troubleshooting

Problem: Team-Specific URL shows no jobs

Likely cause: The team has not been added as a collaborator on the jobs, or the jobs do not meet the visibility requirements.

• The correct team is added as a collaborator
• The job status is not Closed
• Enable Job Application Form is enabled

  1. Add the team as a collaborator.

  2. Verify the job status.

  3. Enable the Job Application Form.

Problem: Company-Specific URL shows no jobs

Likely cause: The Company Slug is incorrect.

• The Company Slug copied from the company URL
• Any missing or extra characters

Resolution:

  1. Re-copy the Company Slug.

  2. Update the URL.

  3. Refresh the page.

Problem: Some jobs are missing from the Company-Specific page

Likely cause: The jobs are not linked to the correct company or do not meet visibility requirements.

• Company association on the job

• Job status

• Enable Job Application Form setting

  1. Update the company association.

  2. Enable the Job Application Form.

  3. Ensure the job is open.

  4. Refresh the URL.

Problem: Cannot find the Team URL or Company URL

Likely cause: Insufficient permissions or unsupported plan.
