What this feature does and when to use it?
When you publish a job on your Recruit Craft career page, Recruit Craft automatically submits the job details to Google for Jobs, Google's job search experience. This gives candidates another way to discover your open positions when searching on Google.
There is no separate setup required. Recruit Craft automatically creates the information Google needs using the details already available in Recruit CRM.

What is Google for Jobs?
Google for Jobs is a feature within Google Search that collects job listings from different websites and displays them in a dedicated job search experience. Candidates can use filters such as location and job type to find relevant opportunities.
To make a job available for this experience, Google reads structured information from the job's webpage. Recruit Craft automatically creates this information for jobs published on your career page using the JobPosting format defined by Schema.org.
You do not need to configure or manage this structured data yourself. Recruit Craft handles the formatting and uses the information stored in your Recruit CRM job record.
How it works
When you publish a job, Recruit Craft takes the relevant information from the job record in Recruit CRM and maps it to the fields expected by Google.
Some fields are always included because they are required for a valid job listing. Other fields are included only when the required information is available, or a specific setting has been enabled in Recruit CRM.
📌 Please note: Having complete and valid job information does not guarantee that the job will appear in Google for Jobs. Google decides which jobs are indexed and displayed based on its own indexing and ranking process. Recruit Craft follows Google's recommended structured data practices, so keeping your job information complete gives your listing the best possible chance of being picked up accurately.

Link to the company's website | Company Website | When company information is configured and visible on the job, and a Company Website is available. |
Please note -
Company information is available to Google when either of these fields is configured and visible on the job:
Company Image → Company Logo
Company Information Text → Company Name
When either field is configured and visible, Google uses the Company Name from that job. If the job also has a Company Logo or Company Website, those details are included as well.
If neither field is configured and visible, Google uses the Recruit Craft Company Name instead. The Company Logo and Company Website are not included in this case.
