🔑 Signing up on Recruit Craft
1. When you land on the homepage of Recruit Craft, click on the “Get Started Free” button if you’re signing up for the first time and want to try it out on our Free Trial account. If you already have an account, just hit Sign In.
You can also sign up from the login page, just find the “Sign Up” option right there at the bottom.
2. Once on the Sign Up page, you’ll be asked to enter a few important details like your name, your company name, email address, and a password.
Be sure to use a valid email address, as a verification link will be sent to it shortly.
3. Once you’ve submitted your details, head to your inbox and look for an email from Recruit Craft. Open it and click on the verification button inside. That’s it! Your email gets verified, and you’ll be automatically logged into your new account.
🔗 Connecting Recruit Craft to your Recruit CRM account
To display your jobs from Recruit CRM on Recruit Craft, it's essential to connect the two platforms. This connection acts as a bridge, allowing job listings from your Recruit CRM account to flow into your Recruit Craft workspace seamlessly.
Once the integration is set up, you won’t need to manually copy or update job details as everything will stay in sync automatically, making your hiring process smoother and more efficient.
Follow along to connect your Recruit CRM account to Recruit Craft.
1. Click on your profile icon in the bottom left corner of your Recruit Craft dashboard. From the dropdown menu, select Settings.
2. Once you're inside the Settings section, look at the panel on the left side of your screen. Click on Connect API to access your integration options.
3. You’ll now need to switch over to your Recruit CRM account to retrieve your API key. Once copied, return to Recruit Craft, paste the key into the provided field, and click Sync Jobs to complete the connection.
Once saved, your Recruit CRM account is successfully connected to Recruit Craft. You’ll now see all your open jobs directly in Recruit Craft’s job preview section
For your jobs to be visible in Recruit Craft, please ensure the following conditions are met:
The job status must be set to Open.
The job application form must be enabled.
If both of these requirements are fulfilled, the job will be fetched and displayed in Recruit Craft.
