The Recruit Craft Website Builder is a drag-and-drop website builder that allows you to create and manage branded websites directly inside Recruit Craft.

With the Website Builder, you can create:
• A Full Website with multiple pages, such as Home, About Us, FAQs, Testimonials, and custom pages

•Career pages for publishing jobs and job application/candidate portal in a unified website experience.

The builder includes a visual editor with drag-and-drop sections and elements, responsive previews, SEO settings, and publishing tools.

This feature is especially useful when you:

• Want to create a fully branded recruitment website without coding
• Want your Jobs page and Candidate Portal under one website experience
• Need drag-and-drop editing for website pages
• Want to manage pages, layouts, and branding from one place
• Need responsive previews before publishing
• Want to customize SEO settings for website pages

The Projects Dashboard is the first page you land on after logging in to Recruit Craft. From here, you can view and manage all your Recruit Craft projects, including both live published websites and unpublished projects currently being worked on.

From the dashboard, you can:

• View projects
• Create projects
• Edit projects
• Preview projects
• Rename projects
• Publish projects
• Delete projects
• Open live projects

Follow these steps to create a new project in Recruit Craft:

After selecting the project type, the next step is to choose the template that will act as the starting point for your website or career page.

Recruit Craft provides ready-made templates to help you quickly build and customize your project without starting completely from scratch.

If you selected Build Full Website, you can:

• Choose from the available website templates, or
• Start with a completely blank project

Website templates come with prebuilt layouts and sections that can help speed up the website creation process. These templates can then be fully customized using the drag-and-drop Website Builder editor.

Starting with a blank project allows you to build the website structure and design entirely from scratch.

If you selected Build Career Page, you can choose from the available Career Page templates.

These templates are specifically designed for job listing and candidate application experiences while continuing to support the existing Career Page functionality and settings.

Once you select a template, the project will automatically open in the Website Builder editor, where you can begin customizing pages, sections, elements, layouts, branding, and content.

The Website Builder includes a visual editing interface with 4 main areas.

The left sidebar is used to add new content to your website, such as elements, sections, and pages. Simply drag and drop the required items from the sidebar onto the canvas to start building your website.

The central canvas is the main workspace where you can view, build, and edit your website. Any elements, sections, or pages added from the left sidebar can be placed and arranged here.

The right sidebar provides customization and editing options for the item currently selected on the canvas. From here, you can modify design settings, content, styling, spacing, and other properties related to the selected element or section.

The top toolbar contains controls that help you manage and navigate your website design. From here, you can switch between pages, adjust the zoom level of the canvas, and access other page-level controls while editing. The top toolbar includes:

• Page selector

• Zoom controls
• Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile preview controls
• Preview
• Save
• Publish

The Pages section allows you to manage all the pages within your website project.

From here, you can:

To create a new page:

The new page will automatically be created and added to the pages list, where you can begin customizing it using sections and elements.

You can switch between website pages at any time while editing.

There are two ways to switch pages:

• Click on any page directly from the list inside the Pages section
• Use the Page Selector from the top toolbar to quickly navigate between pages

The selected page will automatically open in the Website Builder editor.

From the Pages section, you can also access the Jobs List Page, Job Description, and Job Application Form. The Jobs-related pages are managed slightly differently from standard website pages.

The Candidate Portal can also be enabled directly from the Pages section.

Once enabled, candidates will be able to access the Candidate Portal experience from your website.

Available elements include:

Each element can be customized using the settings available in the right sidebar, including layout, styling, spacing, sizing, and other element-specific options.

The Sections panel includes predefined website sections. These sections can be dragged directly into the page.

Follow these steps to build and customize your website using Recruit Craft:

Start by deciding whether you want to add new content to your website or edit existing content.

To add new content, use the left sidebar and select the type of item you want to add:

• Section – Add a new website section, such as a hero banner, testimonials section, or contact form.

• Element – Add individual components such as text, buttons, images, social icons, lines, forms, videos, and more.

• Page – Create additional pages for your website.

Once you have selected the section or element you want to use, drag and drop it from the left sidebar onto the central canvas.

Place the item in the desired location on your website layout. The canvas provides a real-time view of your website, allowing you to see exactly where the content will appear.

If you do not want to add new content, you can simply select an existing section or element directly from the canvas.

Clicking on an existing item will automatically make it active for editing and display the available customization options in the right sidebar.

After selecting or adding an item, use the right sidebar to customize its settings.

The available options will vary depending on the item selected but may include:

• Content editing

• Design and styling options

• Layout and spacing controls

• Colors and typography settings

• Button and image configurations

• Visibility and display settings

Any changes made in the right sidebar are reflected on the canvas, allowing you to preview your edits as you work.

As you build your website, review the layout and content on the central canvas to ensure everything appears as intended.

You can continue adding, removing, repositioning, or editing sections and elements until you achieve the desired design.

Once you have completed your edits, click Save to preserve your changes.

You can then use the Preview option to review how the website will appear to visitors before publishing or sharing it.

The Website Builder is included as part of your Recruit Craft subscription and is available at no additional cost for users on the Enterprise Plan.

There is no separate fee for creating, managing, or customizing a website using the Website Builder, as it is already included in the plan. Your existing Recruit Craft pricing plan and job opening limits continue to apply.

• Only one project can be published at a time
• Only one custom domain can be connected at a time
• The Jobs page and Home page cannot be deleted or renamed
• Header and Footer are global across website pages
• Header and Footer can only be edited from the Home page
• Jobs pages currently use the existing Career Page editor experience
• Full drag-and-drop customization is currently available only for website pages
