It is essential to keep track of the candidates once they enter your recruitment pipeline.

You can change the candidate's hiring stage in two ways:

Option 1: From within the candidate's profile:

In candidates, go to the candidate's profile page and click on the Assigned Jobs tab. This will have a list of jobs that the candidate has been assigned to:

Click on the hiring stage of the candidate and you will get a drop-down menu of the stages you created like Shortlisted, Assigned, Rejected, and many more. You can customize your hiring stages from the Hiring Pipeline in admin settings.

You should select the appropriate stage and it will be updated on Recruit CRM. You can also add a remark or create follow-up tasks while doing this!

Option 2: From within Jobs

In jobs, go to the Job details page and open the Candidate Pipeline tab. This will have a list of candidates assigned to the job:

Click on the Hiring stage option and you will get a drop-down menu of the different stages like Shortlisted, Assigned, Rejected, and many more. You should select the appropriate stage and it will be updated on Recruit CRM.

You can also change the hiring stages on the “List view” and “Kanban view” of candidates within a job. To do that click on the blue "View All" button:

Now on the List View, you can either click on individual hiring stages and update it or you can also select a bunch of candidates and bulk update their hiring stage:

On the Kanban board view, you can simply drag and drop the candidates across the hiring stages:
