This article is designed for Hiring Managers & Executives that receive candidates from recruiters using Recruit CRM.
When you see "Not Available" on any field, that essentially means there is no data in that column/field.
Recruit CRM lets you submit feedback on the list of candidates shared with you by your recruiter.
You can follow the steps below to submit your feedback
1. You will receive an email from the recruiter which will have a link to the List of Candidates
2. Click on the link to view the shortlist of candidates shared by the recruiter for a specific job. You can have both the list and Kanban views of the Candidates shared!
3. You can change the Hiring Stage and add Remarks to the candidate based on the interview feedback. You can also choose to add the remark without making any hiring stage changes.
On the List view, just click on the Hiring stage to change the Hiring stage and add remarks :
On the Kanban view, you can click on the Candidate to get a detailed view and can also change the Hiring stage by simply dragging and dropping them to the new stage!

Your feedback will be available to your recruiter immediately.
