What this feature does and when to use it?
Recruit CRM allows hiring managers and clients to review candidates submitted by recruiters through an Online Candidate List link. You can view candidate profiles, update hiring stages (where permitted), and leave remarks or interview feedback, all of which are instantly shared with your recruiter.
This feature is useful when you want to:
Review candidates submitted for a job.
Update a candidate's hiring stage.
Leave interview feedback or remarks for candidates.
Share feedback directly with your recruiter.
Review candidates and submit feedback
Open the email sent by your recruiter and click the candidate list link.
The link opens the list of candidates submitted for the job. You can review candidates in either List View or Kanban View.
To provide feedback, update the candidate's Hiring Stage and add your remarks. You can also leave remarks without changing the hiring stage.
In List View, click the candidate's Hiring Stage to change the stage and add your remarks.
In Kanban View, open the candidate's profile for more details or simply drag and drop the candidate to a new hiring stage and add your feedback.
Once submitted, your feedback is immediately available to your recruiter.
Please note: If you see "Not Available" in any field, it means that no information has been added for that field.
