How can I check the candidate pipeline for all the jobs?
1. Upon logging into your Hiring Manager Portal (HMP), navigate to the "Jobs" tab to view all your current job listings.
2. Click on the job to check its details.
3. Within the job listing, you can review the candidate pipeline along with the respective hiring stages for that specific position, including the candidates in each stage.
Check the candidate's details in the HMP
To review the details of all candidates within the candidate pipeline, simply click on the name of the candidate and you'll get an overview of all of the candidate information
Additionally, you can view candidate details in the Kanban view by clicking on the name of the specific candidate you're interested in.
Change the hiring stage of the candidates
You can update the hiring stage of candidates directly from the candidate pipeline. Simply click on the name of the specific candidate you want to change, and then you'll be able to adjust the hiring stage from the detailed view of that candidate.
You can also modify the candidate's hiring stage and add some feedback by simply dragging and dropping their profile in the Kanban view.
The feedback you provide when changing the hiring stage of the candidates will be sent directly to the recruiter as a notification.
