What this feature does and when to use it?
The Candidate Kanban View allows you to select up to 500 candidates at once within a hiring stage, making it easier to perform bulk actions without selecting candidates individually.
This feature is useful when you want to:
Select multiple candidates at once.
Save time when managing large candidate pipelines.
Perform bulk actions directly from the Kanban View.
Update or manage up to 500 candidates simultaneously.
Bulk-select candidates in the Kanban View
Open the Kanban View using either of the following methods:
From a Job: Navigate to Jobs, open the required job, go to the Candidate Pipeline tab, click View All Candidates, and switch to the Kanban View.
From the Dashboard: Navigate to dashboard statistics pipeline., and switch to the Kanban View.
Click the checkbox at the top of the hiring stage to select all candidates within that stage.
Please note: If the stage contains more than 500 candidates, only the first 500 candidates will be selected.
Once the candidates have been selected, you can perform a variety of bulk actions directly from the Candidate Kanban View.
These include assigning candidates to jobs, sending profile update requests, composing emails, adding notes, unassigning candidates from jobs, updating fields, enrolling candidates in sequences, adding candidates to hotlists, and updating their hiring stage.
