Kanban view for Contacts (New UI)

The Kanban view for contacts displays your contacts as cards grouped by contact stages. Each column represents a contact stage, and each card is a contact. You can drag and drop cards to move contacts between stages, control which stages are visible, filter the contacts shown, select multiple contacts for bulk actions, and perform actions on individual contacts directly from their card.

You can use this feature when:

You can select which stages should be visible on the Kanban board by clicking the "Showing X/Y Stages" button on the top of the screen.

You can also use the "Add Filter" option to filter contacts based on Contact fields, Company fields as well as Activity fields.

You can perform bulk actions on the Kanban View by selecting multiple contacts at once.

1. To bulk-select contacts in a stage, click on the checkbox on the left of the stage name.

2. To select contacts across multiple stages, hover your cursor over the target contacts and you'll see a checkbox on the top left corner of the contact card.

3. You can also perform actions on individual contacts without opening the detailed view by clicking on the ellipses button on the contact card.

Using the Kanban view for contacts in Recruit CRM helps you visually manage contact stages, apply filters, and perform both bulk and individual actions quickly.
