📧 How to delete emails from Recruit CRM?


Recruit CRM uses a third-party integration, Nylas, to directly mirror your mailbox.

To ensure emails get deleted in Recruit CRM, all you have to do is:

1. Delete them from your native mailbox (the email provider's mailbox) like Gmail or Outlook.

2. Ensure they're also deleted from the bin, trash, or junk folder. (The folder name might differ based on the email service you use.)


Once the email is permanently deleted from your native mailbox, it will no longer be visible in Recruit CRM.

Why do I have to delete the emails from the bin? 🤔


As Recruit CRM mirrors your entire mailbox, the "All Emails" tab comprises the emails present in all the different folders in your native mailbox, including the bin.


Thus, to ensure the emails do not show up in Recruit CRM, you have to delete them permanently.
