Are you tired of sending out emails acknowledging the application of candidates manually each time they apply! Just have Recruit CRM take care of this!

Follow this steps listed below & you can have this automation set on Job Application forms & the Talent Pool page to send out automated emails to your Job applicants-

Step 1: Go to "Admin Settings" and click on "Job Application Form Settings" from here-

Step 2: Click on "General Page Settings" and scroll down & find the "Send Automated Emails to Candidates" section. In this section, you can either choose an existing template or you can create a new one from the green button. Then choose the sender of the email from the list & you're all set, here's an image for your reference.

PS: The 'Template for" to set this automation should always be selected "Automated Workflow Candidate Email" Here's an article on Creating Email Templates

To set this up on the Talent Page, follow the same settings-

Go to "Admin Settings" and click on "Talent Pool Page Settings" & scroll down on the "Appearance Settings" tab to find the same "Send Automated Emails to Candidates" section.
