Automate "Thank You For Applying" Emails on Recruit CRM

Follow these simple steps listed below, and you can set up automation on your job application forms and the talent pool page to send out automated emails to your job applicants and talent pool joiners.


📧 How to send automated emails to your job applicants?


2. Under the 'General Page Settings' tab, scroll down to the 'Send Automated Emails to Candidates' section.

3. In that section, you can either choose an existing email template or create a new one by clicking on the green 'Create Email Template' button.

Choose the sender of the email from the list and hit the 'Save Email Trigger' button:

Please note that if you have more than one email ID connected, the email trigger will be sent from the 'Default Email Address' as set in the 'Email Settings'.

While creating a new email template, the 'Template for' section to set this automation should always be selected as 'Automated Workflow Candidate Email':


📧 How to send automated emails to your talent pool joiner?


1. ​Navigate to the Admin Settings --> Talent Pool Page Settings:

2. Under the 'Appearance Settings' tab, scroll down to the 'Send Automated Emails to Candidates' section:

3. In that section, you can either choose an existing email template or create a new one by clicking on the green 'Create Email Template' button.

Choose the sender of the email from the list and hit the 'Save Email Trigger' button:

Please note that the system sends the automatic talent pool email to a specific email ID only once. This means that if a candidate with the same email ID submits the form again, they won't receive the email again.
