How to turn off the email reminders 📵
If you don't want to receive email reminders for your tasks & appointments in Recruit CRM, here's how you can turn them off.
1. Go to your Profile Section.
2. On the right side, you'll see Notification Settings, switch off the "Email Reminders" to stop receiving email reminders related to Tasks & Appointments.
Daily Email Report 📧
The Daily Email Report is a report you'll receive every morning between 8-10 am, essentially a list of all your website, job boards, and talent pool applications from the last 24 hours.
Only the account owners and admins receive the daily email reports for ALL the website, job boards, and talent pool applicants when the toggle is turned ON from their respective profile settings.
Users other than the account owner and admins will get the email reports for all the applicants that apply to the jobs they own OR are collaborators on.
If you want to stop receiving these emails, you can also turn off the Daily Email Report under Notification Settings.
