1. Go to the Candidates / Companies / Contacts / Jobs list page, depending on which records you want to customize.
2. On the top-right of the list page, click on the Pencil icon to open the column settings panel and view all fields that are available in your database.
3. Now tick the fields you want to make visible on the List page. The fields will be divided in 'Visible Columns' and 'Hidden Columns'. You can also quickly find the fields using the search bar.
4. You can rearrange the order of the fields by dragging the field up or down and by clicking on Apply.
That's it. Your column order will reflect immediately!
How to set up a default field arrangement for the entire account?
If you are the Account Owner you can set up a default column arrangement on the Candidate/Contact's List Page for all users in the account.
While editing the visibility of the columns, you'll have the option to switch to "Others View". All changes you make in this view will apply to all the users in your account.
If you wish to enforce the column arrangement and prevent the users from having a different setup, you can simply turn on the toggle. This will ensure that the account owner's column arrangement remains the same for all users in the account.
Users with an Admin role or custom permissions will still be able to rearrange the column even if the toggle is on.
If you're creating/editing a custom role, you just need to make sure to enable the "Allow User to Choose their Own Field Order and Visibility"
You can also create custom fields from the Admin Settings for all entities (Candidate / Company / Contact / Jobs) and add them to the List View.
