How to Change Your Card on File?

Learn to switch your Debit/Credit card on file with us.

Written by Sanjana Panigrahi

Your card on file is charged at the commencement of your billing cycle, which can be monthly or yearly depending on your plan. Changing your card on file updates the debit or credit card Recruit CRM uses to charge your subscription at the start of each billing cycle. Once you save the new card in your billing settings, all future recurring subscription charges will be attempted using the updated payment method that is set as default.

You may want to update your card if:

  • Your current debit or credit card has expired or is about to expire.

  • Your organization has changed its primary business card.

  • You want future subscription charges to be billed to a different debit or credit card.
