Recruit CRM Credits provide a shared credit balance that can be used across multiple credit-based features within Recruit CRM, including:

• Data Enrichment.

• Job Posting via VONQ.

• Calling and SMS.

• AI Job Candidate Matching
• AI Sourcing
• Job Change Alerts
• Backdoor Hiring Alerts

• AI Edits in the Resume Formatting Agent

Depending on your subscription plan, you'll receive a monthly allocation of complimentary credits that can be used across supported features.

This gives you the flexibility to use your monthly credits where they're most valuable for your recruitment workflow.


Monthly Complimentary Credits


Business and Pro plan users receive complimentary Recruit CRM Credits every month based on the number of purchased user licenses on your account.

Where can Recruit CRM Credits be used?


Your Recruit CRM Credits can be used across several features. The number of credits deducted depends on the feature and the action you perform.

  • Data Enrichment: 1 to 5 credits, depending on the type of data enriched.

  • Job Posting via VONQ: 25 credits per job posting.

  • Calling and SMS: Credits are deducted based on the existing calling and SMS pricing.

  • AI Sourcing:

    • Filter-based search: 1 credit per results page (up to 100 results).

    • Natural language search: 3 credits per results page (up to 100 results).

    • Job-based search: 3 credits per results page (up to 100 results).

  • AI Job Candidate Matching:

    • Matching: 3 credits per results page (up to 100 results)

    • Refining criteria: Re-running the search after refining the matching criteria consumes 3 credits again.

    • Refreshing matches: 2 credits when the refresh finds new matching candidates.

  • Job Change Alerts: 1 credit per update, charged when you accept the job change update.

  • Backdoor Hiring Alerts: 5 credits per unlocked record from the Backdoor Hiring report.

  • AI Edits in the Resume Formatting Agent: 0.5 Recruit CRM credits per edit.


How to check your Recruit CRM Credits


Here is how you can access your Credits within Recruit CRM:

Navigate to Admin Settings and click on Data Enrichment.

From this page, you can:

• View your total available credits.

• Track your credit usage.

• Purchase additional credits whenever required.

📌 Please note: Although Recruit CRM Credits can be used across multiple features, they are currently displayed and managed from the Data Enrichment section in Admin Settings.


How are credits consumed?


When you use a credit-based feature, Recruit CRM automatically consumes credits in the following order:

  1. Complimentary Recruit CRM Credits

  2. Purchased Subscription Credits

  3. Remaining Credits in your account

This ensures your complimentary monthly allocation is always used first before any purchased credits.
