How can I create and access my hotlists?

Creating and accessing or finding hotlists by clicking on the quick view button

A hotlist is essentially a pool of records with similar characteristics. In Recruit CRM, you can create hotlists for all your record types: Candidates/ Companies/ Contacts/ Jobs. You can share the hotlists with your team and also perform a bunch of bulk actions on them as well.

If you want to create a hotlist in Recruit CRM, you need to follow the steps below:

Note: You need to select at least 1 record while creating a new Hotlist.

  1. Select the record(s) that you wish to add to the hotlist. 

  2. Click on the "Add to Hotlist" (Red Fire button) and choose whether to add the record to an existing hotlist or create a new hotlist.

  3. If you're creating a new hotlist you can also choose whether you want to share it with your teammates or not 

    PS: You can also create hotlists from the Chrome Extension as well!

Later, you can quickly access your hotlists of Candidates, Companies, Contacts, and Jobs.

To view/access/find your hotlists, simply click on the quick view button on the top left of the screen.

If you are viewing candidates, you will see candidates hotlist and so on for Contacts or Jobs.
