A hotlist is essentially a pool of records with similar characteristics. They are a great way of creating shared pools of candidates with your teammates.

If you want to create a hotlist in Recruit CRM, you need to follow the steps below:

Note: You need at least 1 record while creating a new Hotlist.

  1. Select record(s) which you wish to add in the hotlist. 

  2. Click on the "Add to Hotlist" (Red Fire button) and choose whether to add the record in an existing hotlist or create a new hotlist.

  3. If you're creating a new hotlist you can also choose whether you want to share it with your teammates or not 

    PS: You can now also create hotlists from the Chrome Extension as well!

Later, you can quickly access your hotlists of Candidates, Contacts or Jobs.

To view / access / find your hotlists, simply click on the quick view button on the top left of the screen.

If you are viewing candidates, you will see candidates hotlist and so on for Contacts or Jobs. .
