Your Task filters stay exactly as you left them when you log out and log back in.

Any filter changes made in Quick View or other filter options are now saved and persist across login/logout sessions.

📝 Job & Company Name in Note-Mention Notifications

When you're mentioned in a candidate note added from within a job, notifications now show the Job Name and Company Name, so you can quickly understand the context without opening the note.

Works everywhere you can add a candidate note within a job's candidate pipeline.

Only the job/company from the pipeline where the note was actually added is shown; manually added associations are not included.

You can review and restore previous AI-edited versions during an editing session, include up to 10 default or custom candidate fields plus Candidate Owner details, and

save an updated resume while retaining the previous version in Files.

📁 Attachments are supported in Standard Email Templates

You can add attachments while editing Standard Email Templates. Once configured, the attachments will automatically be included whenever the template is used to send an email.

📧 Active Enrollments visible while selecting a Sequence

The Sequence selection pop-up displays the Active Enrollments count when enrolling candidates or contacts. This provides better visibility into the current enrollment load across sequences, helping you make more informed decisions when selecting a sequence.

✉️ Email validations no longer block enrollment into non-email Sequences

You can enroll candidates and contacts into sequences that do not contain email steps, such as sequences with only Tasks, SMS, or LinkedIn steps, without email-specific validations blocking enrollment. An email address, email opt-in status, or an active email connection is no longer required for these sequences, making it easier to enroll prospects without unnecessary restrictions.

⚙️ Data Enrichment Through MCP — Find Contact Details From Your AI Assistant

You can unlock candidate and contact email addresses and phone numbers directly from your AI assistant through Recruit CRM MCP.

Primary results populate the relevant fields, while additional results are saved as notes. The same permissions and eligibility checks as in-app enrichment apply, and both use your shared account credit balance.

Credits are consumed only when enrichment successfully populates a field:

Contact work email: 1 credit

Candidate personal email: 3 credits

Candidate or contact phone number: 4 credits

More Complete Activity Search Through MCP & the Public API

Searching for Notes, Tasks, or Meetings by record now returns all associated activities, including both primary and linked relationships.

You can also search Call Logs by Job and Deal, alongside Candidates, Contacts, and Companies.

Activities created or updated through MCP are recorded under the connected user, while Tasks and Meetings can still be assigned to another teammate

MCP: Granular Read and Write Permissions

📞 Voicemail for Purchased Phone Numbers

You can enable voicemail for any purchased phone number, choose a custom or default greeting, and let callers leave messages of up to 3 minutes.

Recordings appear in the call log with playback, download options, and transcript support. You’ll also receive an in-app notification when a voicemail arrives.

When voicemail is enabled, calls received outside working hours now create a Missed Call log.

📝 Duplicate Candidate Comparison Enhancement

Empty fields are automatically updated before the Duplicate Candidate Comparison section appears, so you only see fields where existing data can actually be overridden.

This makes the comparison experience cleaner and more focused on the fields that need your review.

🎯 New API Endpoint to Count Matching Candidates

A new public API endpoint lets you count how many candidates match a specific set of search filters without exposing their profiles or resumes.

This is useful for building client-facing search experiences where you want to display the number of matching candidates while keeping candidate data private.

Reorder Note, Call, Task and Meeting Types

You can reorder the position of Note, Call, Task and Meeting Types, as earlier the position was fixed. Once positions are reordered, you can see the reordered position when applying those types while creating any activity.

Separate Notes and Call Log Tabs from Activity Sidebar for All Entities

The notes and call logs tabs are available as separate tabs. Making it easier to view and manage each activity type independently.

🌐 Recruit Craft — More Control Over Your Website Design

Recruit Craft offers advanced design controls for sizing, hover, active and focus states, customizable shadows, and gradient or image fills.

You can also set different values for Mobile, Tablet, and Desktop to fine-tune how your website looks across devices

📋 Recruit Craft: Compliance Consent on Candidate Portal

Candidate consent is captured using the same behavior as the existing Job Application form, ensuring consent is recorded regardless of where the candidate applies.

🔕 Unenroll from Sequence When Marked Off-Limits

When marking a Candidate or Contact as Off-Limits, you can now choose whether to unenroll them from their active sequences or keep them enrolled. The same option is available when marking multiple records as Off-Limits. When marking a Company as Off-Limits, you can also choose to mark its associated Contacts and/or Candidates as Off-Limits. If any of these records are enrolled in active sequences, a pop-up displays the number of affected records. Additionally, the new unenroll_from_sequences API setting allows you to control this behavior. It is disabled by default and is also supported through Workato and Zapier.
