What This Feature Does and When to Use It?
Recruit CRM lets you control exactly which jobs appear on your website and external jobs page. Each job has a single setting called Enable Job Application Form that acts as the on and off switch for public visibility. When this checkbox is checked, the job is visible on your website and candidates can submit applications through the job application form. This gives you precise control over your careers page without needing to delete or close a role internally.
Use this feature when:
You want to publish a job on your website and allow candidates to apply online.
You need to hide a specific job from your website while keeping it active in your internal pipeline.
You want to temporarily pause new applications for a role that already has enough candidates.
You are cleaning up your careers page to show only current, relevant openings.
You want to keep confidential or internal-only roles out of the public view.
⚠️ Important: Jobs with a Closed status will never appear on your website, regardless of whether the Enable Job Application Form checkbox is checked. To make a job visible again, the job status must first be changed back to an active or open status.
Before You Begin:
Confirm that you have access to the Jobs section in your Recruit CRM account.
Confirm that your user role includes permission to edit jobs. If you cannot see the Edit Job option on a job record, contact your Account Owner to request access.
Changes to job visibility may take a short time to appear on your website, depending on your browser cache or website integration settings.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Navigate to the Jobs section in Recruit CRM and open the specific job you want to show or hide on your website.
Click the pencil icon or the Edit Job button at the top of the job profile to open the Edit Job form.
If you cannot see the Edit button directly, click the three dots icon and select Edit Job.Scroll down the Edit Job form until you find the Enable Job Application Form checkbox.
Set the checkbox according to what you want:
Check the box to make the job visible on your website and external jobs page. Candidates will be able to see the job and submit an application through the form.

5. Click Save to apply the change. The update will take effect shortly, depending on your website cache or integration settings.
