What does this feature do & when to use it?
Recruit CRM lets you share jobs on social media and other external platforms to source candidates from different channels. You can either:
Use one-click posting buttons for LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X, or Xing.
Copying the job application form link and paste it on any external platform of your choice or just emailing it to candidates.
You can use this feature when:
You want to quickly promote open jobs on LinkedIn, Facebook, Xing or Twitter/X using one-click posting.
You need a shareable job application link for posting on other platforms or job boards.
You want all applicants from social media and external channels to flow directly into Recruit CRM.
Before you begin
Make sure you have access to the Jobs list page in Recruit CRM.
Ensure you are logged into the social media platform (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X or Xing) in your browser where you want to post the job.
Confirm that your Job Application Form is already customized in Admin settings so that candidates see the correct fields when they apply.
To change the default social media share image and text, you need access to Admin settings and the Public Job Page settings.
One-click posting on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, or Xing
Go to your Jobs list page in Recruit CRM.
Click on the job that you want to share from the Jobs List Page.
Now, on the specific Job Details page, locate the three social media icons (LinkedIn, Facebook,Twitter/X and Xing) displayed on that job. Click the icon for the social media platform where you want to post the job. A ready-made post will open on that platform.
Review the pre-filled content and type any additional text you would like to add to your job listing, and click the Post (or equivalent) button on the social media platform to publish the job.
Share a job using the job application URL
Open the job in Recruit CRM for which you want to generate a shareable application link.
Click the Copy Job Application URL button to copy the application form link associated with that job.
Paste this link on any job board, social media platform, or website where you want to accept applications.
Optionally, paste the same link into an email if you want to invite specific candidates to apply.
When candidates click this link, they will see the job application form you have customized in Admin settings and can submit their details directly.
The candidate fills in the job application form you have configured in Admin settings. Once submitted, the candidate’s data is stored directly in the Recruit CRM database. These candidates appear under the Website Applicant area, specifically in the All Website Applicants tab, accessible from the Quick View section.
Change the default social media share image and text
Go to "Public Job Page Settings" in Admin Settings.
Click on the Social Media Sharing tab.
You can change the text inside the 2 boxes, that will appear on your post on Social Media. The format will be like - Apply To {Job Name} With {Company Name}, where {Job Name} & {Company Name} is dynamic and can’t be changed. The {Company Name} is the name of your company/agency, not the clients
Upload or select the image you want to use as the default social media share image (this image will be applied to all social media postings).
Save your changes.
The image you upload in Recruit CRM will be used for all social media posts created from your jobs page, including when candidates themselves share a job from that page.
