What this feature does & when to use it?
This feature allows you to quickly add and manage records in Recruit CRM using multiple options, including the Global Add menu, List view, or Chrome Extension.
It also helps link companies while creating jobs, and makes adding location details easier with address suggestions and auto-fill.
The method for adding candidates, companies, contacts & jobs is the same.
You can use this when you want to manually add the records in RecruitCRM.
Before you begin:
Please Note:
When adding a job, you must associate it with a company using the Company Name field.
Your ability to add or edit records may depend on your role and permissions set by your Recruit CRM admin.
The Chrome extension is an additional option and requires separate installation and setup.

Method 2 – List View

2. In the Companies list view, click on the Add Company button.
3. Fill in the details related to the company and, if applicable, its primary contact.
Click Submit to save the new company record.
Method 3 – Chrome Extension
Another method for adding candidates, contacts, or companies is by using the Recruit CRM Chrome extension.
Install and open the Chrome extension, then follow the prompts to capture and add records directly from your browser. For detailed instructions, refer to the dedicated help article linked within Recruit CRM.
Link Companies When Adding Jobs
When adding a job, the Company Name field is mandatory because every job must be associated with a company.
The company dropdown does not show options immediately. Start typing the name of the company you previously created; as you type, the dropdown will display possible matches or allow you to create a new company if it does not already exist.
Standardized Location Fields
1. Added a Postal Code field:
We have added a 'Postal Code' field alongside the Full Address, Locality, City, State, and Country fields.
2. Auto Suggestions:
You can also search using a Street Address, City, State, or Postal Code for auto-suggestions while adding the candidate, contact, company and job.
3. Auto-fill via Postal Code:
When a Postal Code is entered, the system automatically fills in the City, State, and Country using geo-coding services and can edit any location field if needed
Note: The address suggestion feature is available on external pages and on the Chrome Extension.
Troubleshooting
Problem: The company you expect does not appear in the dropdown when adding a job

Likely cause: The company has not been created yet or the name is being typed differently.
What to check: Check the spelling and try typing more characters of the company name.
Resolution path: If no match appears, use the option offered in the dropdown to create a new company record, then associate it with the job.
Conclusion:
By using the global add menu, the List view, or the Chrome extension, you can quickly add records manually in Recruit CRM.
