Organic Posting Network (OPN)

The Organic Posting Network (OPN), powered by VONQ, allows you to publish jobs from Recruit CRM to a network of 20+ free job boards through a single XML feed integration.

Instead of manually posting jobs to multiple platforms, eligible jobs can be automatically distributed across participating job boards, helping you increase job visibility, reach a broader audience, and attract more candidates with minimal effort.

Applications received through these job boards are captured directly in Recruit CRM, making it easier to track and manage applicants from a centralised location. Candidates who apply through the Organic Posting Network are identified within Recruit CRM, with the Source field displaying Organic Posting along with the associated job information.

Use this feature when:

• You want to publish jobs to multiple free job boards at the same time.

• You want to increase the visibility of your open roles without paying for individual job board postings.

Here is the list of all the job boards offered under OPN (going further, more job boards will be added):

The first step is to make sure all the necessary criteria are met for the jobs to be visible on the XML Feed and posted on the OPN job boards.

Before you create a new job in Recruit CRM, please make sure you have ticked the job posting box inside Job Fields in Admin settings. This will help post your open jobs on your website and other job boards.
The "Post On Job Boards" option should be selected inside Admin Settings >> Job Custom Fields;

❌ Please note that if you untick the checkbox, none of your jobs will be posted.

The necessary criteria to be met are:

By selecting the appropriate XML feed, you can ensure that your jobs reach the intended audience through the most relevant job boards.

You also have the option to preselect the XML feeds in the Build Job Feed XML page. This means the XML Feed will automatically be selected for all new jobs created.

If you don't want a job to be automatically posted on the Free Job Boards XML Feed you can simply disable the preselection on the Build Job Feed XML or uncheck the XML Feed while creating/editing the job:

The jobs will be indexed to the external boards only if the requirements given above are met.

Once you add details to these fields, the job goes through the review process. If everything is fine, Vonq will publish your jobs on Organic job boards instantly.

Note: If the "organic job boards" option is selected from the XML fields section, you will be prompted to fill the required fields before you can save the job. This is to ensure your jobs are published through the feed. Please make sure all the required fields are filled in this step is essential for the job to go live.

And that's it! You'll start receiving applications for those jobs in Recruit CRM!

1. You can check the list of jobs eligible to be pushed to the free job boards' feed by going to Admin Settings >>> Build Job Feed XML.

Here you can click on "View Listed Jobs" to get a list of all the jobs in your account that currently meet the required criteria:

If one of your jobs is not on the list, one of the necessary criteria is not being met.

2. You can search the job boards' websites to check if the job was posted.

3. Another way to verify if the job was posted or not is to look for applicant candidates in your database.

You can do this by enabling the Source field in Candidate Fields:

With the Source field, you'll be able to track the origin of how the candidate was added to the system. If the candidate applies, it will be mentioned in the field as 'Organic Posting Network' along with the Job ID.

You can even run an Advanced Search on the Source field as well.
