What this feature does and when to use it
Through this feature, when you post jobs to Indeed through Recruit CRM, you can choose the application method, whether candidates apply directly through Direct Apply, or they get redirected to another page to complete the application.
This helps streamline the application process and reduce friction.
Using Direct Apply when posting Jobs to Indeed
Go to the job you want to post, and click on Advertise Job.
You can edit the pre-filled campaign name or click Continue to keep it as is.
On the Added Contracts page, you’ll see your connected job board accounts.

This is a one-time setup to configure your Indeed contract.
To enable posting to Indeed using your own account and budget:
Fill in the linked form. Do not create the contract yourself.
VONQ will validate your company information with Indeed.
Once validated, you’ll receive your sourceName by email.
Create the contract and enter the obtained sourceName.
Once the contract is created, your connection will be activated and you can start posting jobs.
Please note: Jobs sent from your ATS must be sponsored through your Indeed company admin portal to be visible to potential candidates. This contract setup is not intended for organic/free advertising on Indeed.
Click Add to Campaign under your Indeed contract.
Select or create a Group for your contract.

Groups are provided through VONQ and act as folders for job board contracts. Only one contract per job board type can be added to each group.
Once you’ve filled in all the details for your posting, scroll down to Application Type and select Indeed Apply.
Click Confirm & Post Job.
Any questions you want candidates to answer when applying via Direct Apply must be added to the Job Application Form:
When candidates apply, their answers to these questions will be available under the Candidate Questions tab in their profile:
Troubleshooting
Problem: Candidates are redirected to the application form instead of applying directly on Indeed.
