What this feature does and when to use it?
Through this feature, when posting jobs to LinkedIn through Recruit CRM, you can choose whether candidates apply directly via Easy Apply or get redirected to another page to complete the application.
This helps streamline the application process and reduce friction.
Note: LinkedIn Easy Apply is only available with LinkedIn Recruiter accounts. It won’t work on other types of LinkedIn accounts.
Step-by-step instructions
1. Go to the job you want to post, and click on Advertise Job.
2. You can edit the pre-filled name of your campaign or simply click Continue to keep it as it is.
3. On the Added Contracts page, you’ll see all your connected job board accounts.
4. Click Add to Campaign under your LinkedIn contract:

Note: A Premium Recruiter account is required in order to connect to LinkedIn via the ATS. A Recruiter Lite account will not succeed. You can read more about the differences between the two types of accounts on LinkedIn's page here.
Connecting your LinkedIn contract requires a multi-step process that includes logging in to the LinkedIn account that is authorized to use the contract’s job slot inventory. The steps below must be followed exactly in order to properly connect your LinkedIn contract.
1. You must have a LinkedIn Recruiter Account.
Go to LinkedIn and log out of that account.
2. Begin typing in the search field for MyContracts within the ATS platform to find the job board you wish to set up.
In this case, search for “LinkedIn” (not Limited Listings) and select it from the drop down.
Once you select the desired job board, the page will automatically render the instructions and fields that are specific to that job board.
3. To begin the setup/initialization process for LinkedIn, click the GREEN “Initialize Authentication” button.
Clicking this button will take you to a LinkedIn login page.
4. Click Sign In and enter your login credentials to log in to LinkedIn.
5. Once logged in to LinkedIn, you must select the contract that you intend to connect to MyContracts.
If you have multiple accounts tied to your login, they will be presented here.
Be sure that you choose the correct account.
6. After selecting the correct account, you must edit the Job Poster information.
Click the Edit button to the right of “Job Poster” and under the name.
It may already show the name correctly - you MUST complete this step.
7. After clicking the Edit button, you will need to retype your name and then press Save.
This will initialize the connection between your LinkedIn posting account and the MyContracts delivery system.
8. Now return to the MyContracts setup screen.
Your LinkedIn Company ID will now appear in the COMPANY ID field. Verify that the Company ID is correct.
8. There are various optional fields that you can now use for managing your contract in MyContracts.
Contract Alias allows you to give your contract a name.
Contract Expiry allows you to set the date that your contract will expire.
Purchase Price allows you to display the cost of the posting. This is informative for users, this does not result in a fee being charged.
How Many Credits allows you to set the amount of posting inventory you have with a job board. MyContracts will track and display inventory in real time.
This is not reconciled with job boards - if you post a job directly to a job board and not through MyContracts, the credit tracker will not track that.
5. Fill in the posting details, then scroll down to the Application Type section.
Here, choose On Site Apply (Apply Connect).
Finally hit the "Confirm & Post Job" button. That's it!
Any questions you want candidates to answer when applying via Direct Apply must be added to the Job Application Form:
When candidates apply, their answers to these questions will be available under the Questions tab in their profile:
