Depending on the Job board, the candidate is stored within both the job board and the ATS. Different job boards may use terms like Easy Apply, Optimised Apply, or Quick Apply, but they all mean the same thing — Direct Apply.
Currently, LinkedIn and Naukri support Direct Apply in Recruit CRM.
Note: LinkedIn Easy Apply works only for LinkedIn Recruiter accounts.
How do I know if a job is posted with Direct Apply or with a redirect link?
When reviewing your job posting details (after selecting a contracted job board), you’ll see a field with two options:
