Invite all the hiring managers in your team to Recruit CRM's Hiring Manager Portal and streamline the recruitment process.
Note: Only the hiring manager who has created the account first with a specific email domain can invite the other hiring managers of the same email domain to the Hiring Manager Portal.
If the primary owner of the Hiring Manager Portal leaves the company, the next hiring manager who joined the portal after the original owner becomes the new primary owner. This transfer happens automatically.
This is how you can do this:
1. After signing up to Recruit CRM's Hiring Manager Portal, log in to your account and click on the third icon on the menu bar to your left:
You'll be able to see all the current hiring managers signed up to the HMP along with their basic contact information.
2. To invite more users, click on the blue "Invite Hiring Manager" button on the top right.
3. Add the hiring manager's email ID and click on "Send Invite".
Pro tip: You can invite multiple users at once by selecting the "Add Another Email" option.
4. The user will receive an email with the invitation to join the Hiring Manager Portal.
5. Once they click on the invite link, they will be redirected to the HMP sign-up page. They just need to enter their credentials and the same email ID from the invitation.
If a hiring manager tries to create another account with the same email domain, then a message 'An account already exists in the system with the same domain' appears and the hiring manager can click on the 'Request Access' button so that an email will be sent to the hiring manager who has created the account first and they can given the access or accept the invite.
