What this feature does and when to use it?
Recruit CRM allows you to share jobs and candidate pipelines with your Hiring Managers through the Hiring Manager Portal. You can control which candidates and fields are visible, and any future updates made in Recruit CRM are automatically reflected in the portal.
This feature is useful when you want to:

Share a job with your Hiring Manager
Navigate to Jobs and open the job you want to share.
Under the Candidate Pipeline tab, set the visibility of the candidates you want to share and choose the candidate fields you want Hiring Managers to view, and click Submit to Client.
Select the Online Candidate List and make sure the Enable Portal Link option is enabled.
An email containing the Online Candidate List link will be generated. Send this email to your Hiring Manager.
Use the Online Candidate List link received in the email to access the shared candidate list. From there, click View in Portal to open the Hiring Manager Portal.
You'll land on the Timesheets tab by default. From there, navigate to the Jobs tab to view the shared jobs and their assigned candidates.
Please note: The Hiring Manager only needs to receive this invitation once to sign up for the Hiring Manager Portal. However, for each new job you want to share, you'll need to enable the Portal Link and send the Online Candidate List email for that specific job.
After the Hiring Manager has signed up, you don't need to send another invitation for future candidates. Simply assign new candidates to the job and turn their visibility on. They will automatically appear in the Hiring Manager Portal.
Any hiring stage updates or remarks you add in Recruit CRM are synchronized automatically and become visible to the Hiring Manager in real time.
