Our AI-assisted job description generator empowers recruiters with personalized and comprehensive job descriptions, saving time and streamlining the recruitment process.
1. To start, you need to first enter a job title.
2. Once the job title is entered, the AI assist button will be active, enabling you to proceed.
3. To generate a more specific and comprehensive job description, fill in the various job fields with details such as desired qualifications, responsibilities, and other job-specific information.
4. Once the generation process is complete, you will be presented with the following three options:
You can copy the generated result,
Insert it into your system or
Regenerate the result to fine-tune it further.
5. To further customize the generated job description, you can provide manual prompts. For example, you can use prompts like "Remove desired experience from above" to refine the description by eliminating specific requirements.
After inserting your prompt, you can save it by clicking the "Save" icon.
You will be asked to name your prompt and you can decide whether you want to share it with your teammates or not. Don't forget to hit "Save"!
The prompts will be stored in the "Saved Prompts" section, which will help you save time writing manual prompts for specific needs.
By clicking on "Saved Prompts", you can pin and unpin the prompts you have saved.

Monthly token limits per user:
• Free Plan – 50K tokens
• Pro Plan – 5 million tokens
• Business Plan – 10 million tokens
• Enterprise Plan – 20 million tokens
These limits apply to the following AI features:
• Generate Note Summary

• Generate Email Template
